IN THE MOOD FOR A WELLNESS REBOOT

I started a wellness reboot program with a great group of like minded ladies. We are led by a knowledgeable leader and my fabulous new friend. So far I have quit my chemically processed decaf coffee habit, learned about the benefits of meditation, and have been eating cleaner plus drinking much more water (thanks to this new BPA free infusion water bottle that enables so many delicious naturally flavored water options – this week it’s organic pear, honeydew and mint). I’ve also tried some very healthy green juices (spinach, kale, ginger etc.).

I have always started my day the same way as Jennifer Aniston, by washing my face and applying moisturizer/oil plus sunscreen. I have added sipping a cup of hot or cold water with lemon (to aid digestion and for more alkaline blood) while taking vitamins and minerals.  I continue my day everyday the same way as Jennifer Aniston, with exercise followed by a pure protein powder mixed with sugar free Almond milk and fresh fruit. I like this protein powder because it only has 3 ingredients, just what is needed. I also like avocado and eggs. That is where my Jennifer Aniston routine similarities end. I will not be purchasing the collagen peptide powder that Jennifer Aniston swears makes her skin glow, it is basically ground up cow skin. Ick!

Stay tuned, my reboot is a 6 week program. I’m not off the hook yet. Please share your routine and green juice recipes, I need some help because I haven’t liked a single green juice so far. There is a new product 8G which is the lazy girl’s option because it ‘s a superfood tablet and affordable. Click Here for more info and Here to purchase it.

Here is a quick read summary about the 7 interesting benefits of drinking real (not decaf) coffee (but we’re supposed to only drink one cup a day, before 1pm).

This is a great post, thank you so much for sharing! I’m loving the Reboot program! I admire your willpower and strength- it’s been a challenge for me to quit caffeine, but every day I try a little harder. I will have to try your whey protein recommendation.

I am extremely impressed with your new routine! I didn’t know that decaf coffee is not good for you. Several articles I read indicated that it had almost all the benefits of regular coffee. Would love to hear more about what you found out!
