Higher protein and lower fat is the way to go, girl! And three other pieces of advice: exercise, exercise, exercise. I love to work up a sweat and then do my toning. I admit I am a complete junkie. If I miss a day of exercise it is like a day without sunshine. I could have worse habits, I guess!
