    I love SoulCycle as a break from my routine of just running and strength training! I go at my own pace though. I find sometimes they push you TOO hard.

    I don’t usually do spin but love to mix it up with an occasional workout at SoulCycle. I try to join running groups and go to workout classes with friends whenever possible. My SoulCycle friends are very loyal to 1-2 instructors because of their energy and music, and I find the class to be full of other “regulars.” I think this is community environment is what makes SoulCycle so much fun. If your gym has the same qualities I think you an get the same experience.
