If you or your spouse or friends live in or commute to NYC you and they may want to know about this new collab between the former ABC Kitchen Chef Dan Kluger and delivery food service Maple. ABC Kitchen has become my friend’s go to lunch spot and although she has tried to recreate their local organic Kabocha Squash Toast with Carmelized Onions has not yet been able to replicate the incredibly balanced blend of tasty sweet and savory flavor.

The Maple menu looks delicious, healthy enough for my fitness goals, but is only available one more week until March 4 so we all need to hurry up and place an order. A portion of each meal will go toward non-profit Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, which raises money for pediatric cancer research. Check out the full menu Here.
