As sweat was dripping down into my eyes during this morning’s Power Sculpt class, the instructor shouted “it’s easy to look good in clothes but what matters is how you look naked”. Here is proof below that even a 40 year old can look amazing.

I find that women in their 20’s can look great with no effort whereas in our 40’s we have to work for it! I love feeling and looking fit and strong. Those 20 year olds may look pretty and slim but there’s no doubt who’s the stronger one here!
